Our elegant, vibrant Sauvignon Blanc comes from the volcanic hills of Eola-Amity in Willamette Valley, Oregon.This wonderfully zesty wine displays classic flavors of our cool climate - crisp citrus notes mingle beautifully with herbaceous notes to create an incredibly bright profile. Hints of wet stone and vanilla course through the wine, delivering a depth of flavor that keeps us going back for another sip.

We produce this 100% Sauvignon Blanc from grapes grown organically in volcanic soil, relying solely on native yeasts to deliver nuanced flavors during fermentation. To further develop these characteristics, we aged the wine for twelve months in neutral oak barrels. While this expressive Sauvignon Blanc is the perfect wine to welcome warmer days, we plan to drink it year-round. It pairs beautifully with fresh seafood, grilled chicken, and spring salad.
