2021 Barrel Aged Rosé Case

Aromas: Baking spices with tart strawberry and peaches. Subtle hints of rose and watermelon.
Palette: This wine is incredibly smooth, with supple oak tannins and well balanced acidity. It has a rounded mouthfeel and lasting finish.

This Rosé of Pinot Noir was made in a direct press method, spending three hours on the skins for color extraction. Post fermentation the wine was placed in a single 350 liter 100% neutral French oak barrel for 12 months.

Perfect Pairings and Serving Temperature:

A summer day, fruit salad. pasta with pesto, or green Thai curry. Serve well chilled at 38-45°F (3-7°C)
