2022 Alit Gamay Noir Trio

A bright and dynamic wine, with aromatics of raspberry, rhubarb, and white pepper. The palate is filled with mouthwatering acidity and velvety tannins with notes of tart cherry and pink peppercorn.

The 2022 Alit Gamay Noir is another showcase of our winemaking team's phenomenal efforts. The vines, from which these grapes are hand-picked, were planted on a beautiful volcanic slope seven years ago. Crafted in a "Beaujolais Cru" style such as Morgon or Moulin-à-Vent, the grapes are fermented much like a classic Pinot Noir production and then aged in neutral French Oak barrels.

The resulting wine is bright and dynamic, with aromatics of raspberry, rhubarb, and white pepper. The palate is filled with mouthwatering acidity and velvety tannins with notes of tart cherry and pink peppercorn. A delightful pairing for herb-crusted turkey breast, Gorgonzola gnocchi, or coq au vin. Only 50 cases produced.
