Our favorite wines are always honest expressions of the place and people who produced them. In the case of our bubbly, that place is the Grand Cru vineyards of Champagne, France. The people are Richard and Veronique Petit, our husband-and-wife winemaking team who come from a family of champagne producers dating back to 1820.

This Grand Cru Champagne is made with 100% Chardonnay grapes and matured in the Domaine's seven kilometers of underground caves established by Richard's great grandfather. It has a silkier, more languid texture than one might expect from a Champagne - a toasty, golden flavor that hints at freshly-baked bread. It's a naturally-occurring symphony of tiny bubbles that feels decadently festive.
